The hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The staff was pleasant but not always there. The rooms were fine. Check-in was a bit challenging because we arrived after staff left for the day and we found the instructions we got were confusing. However, we figured it out and all was well.

This was an awesome location rt across the street from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. It was close to so many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing is it has a washer but no clothes dryer.
